Who you are calling
We are an electrical contractor covering 1,239 cities across California, built around two ideas: answer the phone, and give people the price before the work starts.
Ascot Electricians started the way most trade businesses do — a couple of vans and a phone that rang at inconvenient hours. What changed was the decision to keep answering it. A lot of electrical work is genuinely urgent, and the gap between "we can come Thursday" and "we can come tonight" is the difference between an inconvenience and a house fire.
Three things, consistently. We diagnose before we sell: an intermittent fault gets traced to its actual failure point rather than treated with a parade of replacement parts. We price the described work up front, in writing, and if the scope changes we stop and tell you what changed before continuing. And we label every circuit we touch so the next person to open your panel — including you — can read it.
On the residential side that means everything from a single outlet to a full rewire, plus the growing pile of work created by EVs, heat pumps and ADUs. On the commercial side it means tenant improvements, restaurant and retail fit-outs, warehouse lighting retrofits and maintenance agreements — scheduled at night and on weekends so nobody has to close.
Work that requires a permit gets one, and we schedule the inspection ourselves rather than leaving you to chase it. This matters most on panel upgrades, service work and rewires, all of which show up when a house is sold.
All of California — 1,239 cities and the towns between them. Find your city for local details, or just call (888) 592-6466.
Reviews
Straightforward quote, no upsell, showed up when they said. Added four outlets and a dedicated circuit for the freezer in half a day.
Storm took out our weatherhead. Ascot got the temporary sorted the same afternoon and the permanent repair inspected within the week.
Ceiling fans in four bedrooms, none of which had fan-rated boxes. They braced every one properly instead of just hanging them off the old box.
Same-day repairs, booked installations, and a 24 hour line for anything that cannot wait until morning.
